Edit: and when you're doing dungeons with a group. Does it means that some of your members in group have higher chance of getting better loot from the bosses since it's more rng? For example you're friend gets like titanforge shit and u get crappy stuff.

Are you aware of the warforged system? Basically titanforge is the same but it can go way higher. The chance of recieving a titan-forged item that is as good as mythic loot is probably as high as getting 3 Arcanas from 3 Dota 2 treasures in a row, so basically zero. Maybe it'll happen once or twice in the expansion, but basically it won't. For your 2nd question, yes that can happen but the difference is basically nonexistent, maybe they'll get 6 Ilvl better items, kinda the same as warforged stuff
