Against spectre probably ghost + blink or eul + blink so you can escape ultimate, eul also can be good to lift charging bara. They use smokes in teamfights vs Zeus and Bara. Vs Storm and Bara in 1 team I would certainly get a Linken. Playing Tinker is mostly about positioning and itemization. Dunno any channels.
