maybe ur just too good it can't find people of the same skill in divine to put together a match.
when you do find a match does it have a large MMR disparity? If so then the matchmaking algorithm is struggling to find matches but after 20-30 minutes it'll give up and give you some random match with like legends and ancients
also 450 matchs and divine probably flagged you as a smurf, try playing like shit for a few games
in my opinion valve has updated their smurf flagging algorithm so typically you can't only smurf one role anymore, you need to play other roles so that you have differing KDA and cs stats, so it won't think you're a smurf. try playing pos 4 a few times ever so often and it usually keeps the queue times below 15 minutes
I play only one role and one hero Ursa. Everything is working fine. It's just that I can't reach Immortal

my average queuing is 30 minutes - 1 hour WTF is happening? Many peopling saying that my conduct summary is one of the biggest problem but my conduct summary is 10k. I hope valve will do something about this problem :'( so sadge. cant play like the way it is before . :'(
