Usar with Basher can stop SF from using his shit. Ursa rage can protect again SF shit. 
Batrider is good vs SF in line mid and TF for flaming lazo vs bkb in shadow fiend
kunkka pretty good against sf imo, pretty tanky and sf just eat the cleave, get a raindrop + 2 bracers ez life
^clearly you have never played that matchup before. Hahahah. SF dominates Kunkka with razes and zones him out.
Anything that can prevent the damage of his ult is good (ursa enrage, ta.etc).
Even better are heros which have inbuilt spell immunity that can avoid both the damage AND the fear from his ult (ls, jugg) which leads on to the most obvious point, that sf is a pretty weak hero that falls off super hard after the mid game like od. Any hero which builds a bkb can deal with an sf, so just itemise properly and beat his ass.
kunkka pretty good against sf imoKunkka vs. SF mid is completely dependent on who lands their shit. A good sf player would win this matchup cause razes would easily zone any melee hero out of lane but I can imagine scenarios where the kunkka zones sf with tidebringer cleave. I wouldnt recommend picking kunkka against sf tho cause the matchup is hard to predict and sf is a hero which naturally rushes euls, allowing him to avoid kunkkas spell combos.
OD and Batrider, also a good pos 4 is a game changer. After level 7 on OD u can astral without taking razes, meteor hammer is solo kill from full hp and SF cant even go push the wave solo. Bat same shit, boots windlace, throw the second and dive him, again a pos 4 coming in makes this easier, SF is a very gankable hero.
Sf sneaky shit > vision > no more sneaky shit. SF is just surprize ( if farmed ) also your team should by default go + armor aura
