General DiscussionALT button stops working in the middle of the game

alt+ key binding breaks every game randomly after alt - tab, it fixes if you alt-tab again, usually i'm already dead in game. Also spell buttons stop working when i switching between arc warden clone and original arc warden. The problem persist for about a year. I'm not the only one - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=H21AP1Dv4NM . The solution author suggests in the video doesn't work.
Windows reinstallation doesn't work
The problem appears on any hero, not ujst arc warden, arc warden just requires a lot of buttons

Recently i decided to record it in game since it makes me crazy, it been a year and nobody considers it as a problem . Below on my video you will see the keyboard. alt key wont work (self-casting clarity). also after i alt-tab'ed it finally works.
the one thing that prevent that but from completely occurring on Windows is ending task of explorer.exe . and when i'm back to windows i turn on explorer.exe
