I stopped playing dota for over a year now.

Was charged $56 for subscription auto-renewal. Tried contacting support@dotabuff.com last week but no replies yet.

We need "a week in advance" warning email notification right before automatic subscription renews! I understand this is how some companies make money.

I hope to get my money back. Used to love going on this website when I played dota.
