I hit a losing streak just this last weekend as well. In this slump I chose to teach myself a new hero since you know I was already losing so whatever. I learned visage and now I just win always.

My alternate strategy in the past is not play dota for a few days.

watch higher mmr players's gameplay and get as good as them
then you can climb mmr

dude why are you playing visage in ranked? You have less than 20 matches with the hero, how do you expect to win?
Your winrate with jugg and pl are way better, clearly you are good player with those, just play with them and practice visage in unranked
Playing ranked games outside of your territory is just asking to lose

Stick to the heroes you know, switch between them if you find yourself losing one or 2 games.

I usually switch between support and offlane. its been going great (except for today apparently)

shit happens bro. play unranked from time being. we all experience that losing streak -500~-800 MMR...its normal.
