NS, HS and VHS were designated when MMR was first implemented. This was back when 4k was considered top level.
YE back than when you can win TI with 3k party mmr. Now i got SF 800gpm averige as guardian 5 star mmr and sniper legendary 0 star with 300 gpm average on hero LoL. Expect unexpected and get fun there.
