Black Hole when on 2+ people. Especially with a good blink initiation.
Chrono because it's so easy to mess up but ultimately guarantees you win the teamfight if you land it correctly.
Eclipse because (at least in my scrub bracket) everyone forgets or underestimates it's power. Many times I've been able to kill 2 or 3 heroes who have come to gank me allowing me to snowball even harder.
AA ult.
This, nothing more satisfying than watching enemy hero running for his life towards the fountain than this asshole slam dunk him with his ult. ^^
When you plant your green techies mines well in front of a tower, let their core and a pos 3 walk over top of them, they probably ping their team that the coast is clear, the rest of the team shows up, you glyph, defend the tower, they back off and you nuke them all for an ultrakill.
Well you dont really have to "land" any of the ults op mentioned you literally just click them on a hero
I mean getting a rampage as a CM and/or getting rampaged by a CM has got to be the most demoralising nail in the coffin to a lost/won teamfight.

There's something incredibly cathartic about using Winter's Curse on a hero like Windranger, Storm Spirit or Tinker when an allied Chaos Knight, PL or Jugger happen to be near them.
@3k trash there is when you play clock and you kill them with your rocket, that not even an ult but i laugh all the time.
And ofc hookshot, watching ppl trying to hit or cast an spell and die lol

Definitely Axe Culling blade , Anti Mage's mana void on a fully depleted on mana intelligence core and of course , pudge's dismember.
When you killed both their carry using lich ult is the best feeling or cm ult that grab you a triple kills and give you some money as a sad pos5 sup

5 man stacking, usually with 2 guys with more MMR than me and 2 other with less, in Peru server (we have awesome ping there).
By far for me as a support player is WW Winter's Curse. Watch them kill their own teammates. The feel is so nice
reincarnation, one of the hardest to land but when you're successful it feels like you're a 9k player

Supernova - creates huge mental pressure and gives quite the chills (DO I DIE???)
Mystic Flare - relish in your enemy's suffering
For me it is landing static storm to jumping AM, Storm Spirit, or QoP followed by kinetic field.

As per Title.
Personally for me:
Axe - There is something satisfying about seeing a hero about to escape and then slamming down the "I say Good Day Sir!" Cull.
Necro - I like landing the scythe despite the cancerous feeling of player the hero (i.e. just generally being an arse).
Pugna - Simply for watching the life drain extend over half the map with Aether Lens.
P.S. Also, please do not confuse me with HanSolo (i.e. this is not an alt).
