Both games went mom right after bf, makes taking towers a lot easier and farming a lot faster.

For people like us in the sub 3k bracket, i think that its more ideal to buy both since MoM provides sustain and bf provides farming speed.
MoM is insanely good on heroes like Troll or Faceless Void. (Especially Void; once I get mask on void at ~10 minutes, i just ult anyone i want and solo kill them.

On PA, MoM.
She is at her peak really early, you want her to abuse her ability to delete heroes before they aquire enough sustain and counter items. Battlefury is an item which makes you sacrifice early game presence for being able to reach late game faster, exactly the opposite of what PA wants to accomplish

They are all conceptions I already have, the whole fucking point of me asking is because I've seen things contrary to what you guys have said.
I mean any time a jug, pa or void goes battlefury in my games they lose. Mask is not very good on PA since she wants dmg, not attack speed. It's good on void cus he can chrono people and burst them with it. Jug it's good as a cheap farming item, idk about fighting cus most jugs seem to die when they activate it. Jug is not a very durable hero without his ward up.
On troll people still seem to get it and split into satanic later but attack speed on troll is meh, he already has a lot.

masks good on pa because u need lifesteal and quarterstaff is 800g to have a moonshard when ur hitting towers
