Stop reading these foolish dota 2 websites, and learn how to play. When you learn how to play you're gonna learn how to syncro with your "noob" team, and everything will start working out easy. Really learn how to play, watch pro playing pubs, watching championships won't help you any, just pubs. And play a lot, start making your own assumptions about the game and make your own way to play some heroes and become really good on them. Once you're good, really good, with 15-20 heroes your MMR will start rising.
