I usually do really well, or really terribly with him. He's similar to Jakiro in that he's one of the most ally dependent hero in the game. Just stay alive and spam your abilities over your allies disables. Go standard tank items like greaves, pipe, crimson guard, shivas, lotus etc. Don't be afraid to go for items like force, or ghost when you're behind or getting kited hard. Atos is also very good against heroes like Void and Weaver because you can root them between pit's roots. Your atrophy aura bonus damage is mainly to help you push towers after fights, you can easily get over 200, and sometimes even 300 bonus damage after big fights, also really helps in taking last hits, denying, and harassing during the laning stage.
Denies don't count, only enemies do, regardless of how they die as long as they're in range.

Underlord is so good because he reduces enemy base damage by 40%.
That means if Drow deals 100 base damage and 100 damage from items, you'll take 160 damage per hit instead of 200.
You need 3 items on Underlord. Greaves, Pipe, and Crimson Guard. Games that go beyond 40 mins will require shivas/Hex. Get pipe before finish greaves if you're against a lot of magic dmg.

Constantly push and farm every creep wave and neutral camp you come across with firestorm once you have arcanes. You can't really gank, you're a strong counter initiator, but very weak at initiating.

stacking neutral sidecamps is recommended, he farms them so easy with firestorm, returns with full attophy aura back to lane as well :)
