So it means now that 3.5 is the max even you're playing well as VHS bracket?
Ranked MMR and your Normal Match Hidden MMR are actually different. You can face 5K players when you queue with normal match making but that doesn't mean your MMR is in their bracket. Actually your first calibration game is your true MMR. If your TBD value in the first game is above 3.5K, your next 9 game would fall down to the calibration limit which is 3.5K. I queue at 4.1K in an alternate account then it quickly fell to 3.5K in the next games. So yes, 3.5K mmr is the limit.
If you're looking for a basis:
<3.2K = Normal Skill
3.2K-3.8K = High Skill
>3.8K = Very High Skill
KDA, GPM, XPM, Last Hit Count and Hero Damage are the most important factors. Wards purchased, Support Item purchased(Smoke,Dust&SOD), Hero Healing, APM, Disable time (total amt of time you silenced, stunned and hexed a hero) and Tower Damage have also an impact in your pre-calibration. Versatility and win rate don't matter (In some sense, win rate matter cause the more you lose the less you gain the various factors above). Most of all, don't be cancerous, earn various reports and abandon games because these things ruin your overall experience in your account.
