Every time I plat invoker my hard carry is always shit, like I dominant my lane and early/mid game but my carry with all the help my team can give is completely useless. 38% winrate all because of this kind of bs.

There are many heroes that share this trait with sf: viper, necro, zues, ... They can win lane hard but fall off in lategame, like, you just get a 6-7 kill streak but just 1 lost teamfight and your momentum just stop. I think for these heroes you just have to gank lanes frequently, just so the safelane carry can be useful later.
i saw sf coming back from a 5v3 with 2 lanes of barracks down at 20, running over the entire enemy team on his own once he had bkb
what you need is a frontliner. you deal enuf dmg already, fuck your carry
also, if you feel like your carry is behind go fucking fight the enemy team and stop taking away all of the jungle creeps, let the carry farm them instead. if hes retarted, ignore that part ofc.

I mean SF as a hero is basically pos 1 so it really doesn't matter how garbage your safelaner is. The hero isn't in the greatest spot but you can play it in pubs to at least 5k if you are skilled.

I like sf, and always do well early game, but can never finish a game with the hero for some reason
probably you and the carry overlap, sf needs to farm a couple items, then is pure dmg, no utility so he's like a position 1 in the mid lane. You want your carry then to be able to take some fights, have a little utility, make space. Maybe a necrophos or wraith king, but definitely not something like am or sniper or spectre, probably not troll or sven.
Dont play dependent from ur pos1 carry.
Just be carry urself and end it fast as u can.

Hence, stop overcommiting in ganking sidelanes. Create pressure by farming mid creeps and jungling in between waves. If you think you need to solo carry the game farm mid and jungle in between waves hard til it reaches a point wherin no one wants to lane with you anymore. Abuse the space you created not by ganking but by farming efficiently thats how you win the game i think
basically play him like an am where you just farm your lane as much as possible and join teamfights only when you know you can kill them all without taking too much dmg
However if you have teammates who can heal have a sustain like a necro safelane or dazzle support . You push as 5 take objectives as soon as you get your first or second core item . Kill all outer towers - buy bkb - or take rosh bkb highground works wonders
Also try creating space by choking the enemy farm this is usually done when all tier 2 towers are destroyed ) by farming the enemy jungle
