It's not like the TI arcana is the only one valve releases. They pick others, hell they just did an io one so all you crybabies about the jug io matchup would chill.
I won't buy them anyway. Jug one, pa one, sf one were all cool but I never play those heroes. If there's ever a sniper or troll one I'll consider it.
Statistically speaking, the Arcana vote was within a margin of error and there should be a revote. (self.DotA2)

After seeing reddit thinking that every time a support makes it to the finals that its "just a meme", and knowing that carries are the more popular role, a support will never win the arcana vote and is inherently flawed.
