i think puck gets fucked at 20min mark by pretty much every single carry / semi carry or high burst dmg supports lmao
Rmili definitely not as BSJ said you can run your own game,if you get good on this hero you can middle vs any hero and won it all the way,you juke everything,you have nice right click,good talents...and finally,hes a playmaker hero
he's a playmaker hero because if you don't make plays you drop off like a rock and lose all relevance
or you'll spend thirty minutes speed clearing the jungle and out farm the enemy sven because no one wants to fight.
I found puck as not really good with dagon carier,his core item n.1 is blink, you need power threads for right click effectively,than you can potentially get dagon but its way better build one more utility item,literally when you get blink+eul you can escape 99% of scenarios.
Dagon is like your 5th or 6th item and its really just to let you continue to do damage. Without it you really can't kill anyone yourself late.
I always feel like dagonless puck deals no damage
if ur offlane and u don't need damage its fine
but as a mid u r kinda forced to be able to output dmg and dagon is one of those ways
not saying u don't buy other items of course

Puck is an another amazing high-skill cap hero in my hero pool,incredibly fun to play absolute unlimited juker i love to juke everything,ppl not picking him at all couse they think he isn't in meta but he is similar as io low winrate only couse not many players can use his full potential.But he is strong!
