Yeah, I saw him picked in ESL Genting finals and won, the Aghs rework was actually a nerf I think unless the lightning bounces
They could give him some decent HP in the talents

He had one brief patch in the sun in 6.84 before 6.85 destroyed him and saw him barely appear in competitive dota over the past 2 years, as well as sitting at permanent 43-44% winrate (ie shithouse) with the other loser heroes.

In 2 years his only 'buffs' have been laughable negligible things. Plus 5 movespeed, slightly better cast point and more lightning storm jumps (you know that spell which now does less damage than his physical attack at level one and represents 60% of the damage it used to do). His only other buffs have been tiny improvements to atrociously bad talents (only his two level 25 talents of +50 diabolic edict explosions which increases the damage of the spell by 1800 and 2->3 second slow on lightning storm are any good - the rest are shit and outclassed by other heroes who have the same type of talent). Oh and yeah his aghs was changd so now it releases a lightning storm once every 2 seconds instead of 60 extra damage every second.
Meanwhile you have ridiculous shit like Sven's ultimate now getting plus 800 HP and 64 attack damage for free for 25 seconds. Totally balanced.
