yeah go for it
guides is mostly for people with no understanding of the hero and if your style works in 3k then it can also work for anyone else
there's also no "best way" to play a hero, sometimes different styles are more fun
see: the only way to play series
you must have at least 100-200 game under your billy with that hero before attempting to make a report
most dotafire guides works at best until 2.5-3k and then it will make no sense , but still it helped me getting out of 1k
Dotafire guides just give basic info about a certain hero, good for players who are new or just want to learn a certain heroes general mechanics
Well technically 3k guides can help ppl under 3k. Which is a lot of the dota community already. Sometimes the next lvl 6k player guides might not be as helpful when they don't understand the prevailing meta in 3k.
Go for it. Post it to so we can all have a good laugh
If you really want to make a guide, just make it. You don't need to fucking ask every one if you can fucking make a fucking guide.

I've noticed that there aren't really any updated guides on Dota 2 and while I'm no Miracle or Dendi, I think I know quite a bit that would be useful to a lot of players. What do you guys think? Should I make guides on heroes that I excel with? Would you guys check them out?
