If I were you, don't get the old 900m series laptops. They will generally be overpriced for their performance. Just go for the new 1000 series. (1050/1050Ti laptops should be enough for 1080p gaming).

They offer the best price/performance ratio in the market. From what I know a 1050 is about 20-30% better in gaming performance than a 960m (while costing about just 10% more or the same in some cases).

my friend has a laptop that is almost the same specs it gets 70-80 fps usually but drops down to high 50s in big fights. he also gets like 70 fps constant in overwatch.

The dell is amazing value for money. I have the older model with a 960m instead of the 1050 of that same dell laptop. I can run at 100 fps with almost everything maxed. Also, You can access the mobo with one screw and its so easy to upgrade ram add an SSD and upgrade the WIFI card with the dell.
