And @LOSE!! for your knowledge, on 7.01 patch there is a thing talent tree. and after level 25 bounty hunter jinada cooldown is 1 sec only.
So after every 1 second there is a critical strike

Lich got 150 damage on his talent tree
Does that mean he's a carry?

Not because a hero can play carry, doesn't mean he should. A lot of heroes can carry, like Wyvern, Silencer, Lich, and BH. But the thing is, they're better off as supports. If you try and go carry with any of those heroes, chances are you're getting reported (except for BH because it's a bit acceptable) but the thing is that other players are better off carrying the game - PA, AM, SF, Morph, etc.

To answer your question, no. Doesn't seem like he's getting into HS pretty soon. He's playing like dogshit in NS, and in order for the system to recognize that you need a bump in skill bracket, you need to pound your opponents - which is not the case here.

Pretty sure core silencer is more acceptable than core BH

Is OpenDOTA even any reliable? Honest question, just heard of it now.

OpenDota estimates based on the MMR of ALL of your matches. So your solo/party games makeup the MMR estimation. Very useful for smurfs who usually play alone because their friends don't care to keep up with what account he is using now.
