I mean, the extra Meepo is still nice. It's +25% DPS, so later aghanim would probably give more damage than an extra stat item. But holy shit this is so good you get to go for dragon lances right away instead of going for useless stats aghanims give and get to manage less heroes which is a huge bonus.
I don't know why would you even buy aghs on this guy anymore.
You dont need to rush aghs most probably with meepo now since instead of a aghanim you can get like 2 dragon lances which i think would be much better if you think about it or just rush an etheral quick and just watch how you take down towers or right click really fast, maybe in the late game you would buy a scepter but idk about in the early game. Only way to find out is by playing, will give my 2k thoughts once test client is downloaded if any of you care lol.
they just buffed meepo early game..U still need scepter for an extra meepo...strength gain is reduced... and talents are OKish not making the hero OP in anyway..
Heh there will be nothing more op than AM with scapter, slark with scapter, cm with scapter and sniper with scapter.

Invokers team fight is way better early game, he wont be restricted to just three spells, holy shit. Early Meterors, 6 second cool down.
The new gameplay doesn't allow turtling that much since jungle spawns slower and it encourages pushes for farming, taking shrines and all
So pusher heroes might be good
I think Lycan is quite strong with some buffs.
At level 15, he gets -20s respawn time OR 12 STR
Few pusher or carries get this respawn time reduction buff at lvl 15
With this, Lycan can put a lot of pressure throughout the game, and doesn't have to worry about respawn time wasting his Howl at night.
Thing is... if you die that much, xD
Windranger can buy Diffusal Blade now. 50 ManaBurn is so much better than 120x25% ChainLightning
But it burns out quick... 80% damage only...

If Volvo didn't change the "minimum damage threshold" definition (as of now it defines minimum damage Visage should receive AFTER all reductions to break one layer of passive), then Visage seems ridiculously OP. If "after" is now "before", which is not in the patch notes, then Visage is still pretty damn good.

Level 10: +5 All Stats OR +15 Movement Speed
Level 15: +20 Damage OR +5 Armor
Level 20: +120 Gold/Min OR -40s Respawn Time
Level 25: +17% Greater Bash Chance OR +500 Charge Speed

meepo is still stat hungry - you want everything sceptre gives you still - need int to help farm without returning to base every couple of poofs, strength because of strength nerf and agility for damage. lance also got nerfed.
I wonder whether its better to go power treads now if you want to skip/delay aghs?
guardian greaves, crimson guard and a moonshard (switch it out during nighttime) in your backpack :D
the fact he gets his lvl25 bonus a long time before anyone else is pretty powerful.
maybe he can get a veil to put in his backpack for more poofiness
any comment on zues thundercloud? seems underwhelming by itself but may be super good in a teamfight.
its pretty nails if you play around with it - instant vision anywhere on the map. would be broken if it did a lot of damage as well. but still, enough to pick off a fleeing hero or remove fog of war for someone else to.

Lol whoever said that slark scepter OP. Why tf wud a slark ever want to buy a scepter? Its range is small anyway and the cd reduction is nice but to only really get cd reduction for 4200 gold and some really shitty stats? No plox. I would actually do. Luna aghs, riki ahgs, lifestealer aghs, Tiny aghs, IO.
Luna into lifestealer who is in tiny. Riki ults into tiny. And IO ults them on top of the enemy team. Out comes tiny nuke, lifestealer infest, riki ult, and Luna ahgs ult. Just randomly. With no warning.
Still saying Treant's new nature guise looks overpowered. A passive invisibility with a 3 second fade that gives a 2.2 second stun everytime you break it.
It's like 2.2s stunned then you go hide yourself and after 0.8 s he wakes up you bash him again and again? LMAO That's crazy
