It Depends I think? but I usually I get Lance First Since I can Farm Dagger Really Fast the Moment I got Aghs and BOT, but it could be the other way around too. It depends on what your team and you need the most :) Aside from that You can do Roshan with 4 meeps if you have dragon lance, if you need early rosh go Lance.

IMO power treads are better in early to mid game, since they give u more right click power.

I always go dagger first unless Im already losing the game. If enemies are pushing u to death u should skip dagger for lance to make a comeback. But its hard to make a comeback with meepo since usually this scenario happens when your team fed early game or u got counterpicked and u cant 1v5 them.

You should have Treads + scepter + blink + lance at 20 min mark no matter what. If u get it on 25 u are already way behind.

Also yestarday I tried hurricane pike build. I just had too much money and upgraded lance to pike. It gives u sick initiation. blink + poof + pike combo from miles away.

Also 2 games in a row i had 16k and 17 k TD .. meepo is sick and worth learning but extremely situational.

Next game I picked meepo into random ET + slardar. I could not do shiet that game.

I prefer blink because you get your items relatively early so you can wrap up some kills when the enemy is considerably weaker using blink poof.
