from 2900 to 3100 is cancer bracket last years i was that mmr its rly hard maybe play wk armlet sticks monkey and bkb or sphere and roshan
For me its usually like this :
1. Take a short break when losing 2 games in a row
2. If the 3rd matches also result in loses, stop playing for today
3. Treat myself to drink or something
Usually the losing streak would end there.
P.S : I also treat myself when i'm in winning streak, helps keeping it that way
dota losses are like beer and i don't meet piss water from miller or coors or whatever else show up in your walmart. after the first one, you are kinda buzz.. feel kinda alright, good in a way, keep you on your toe and tell your self that your're going ot get it back. then after the second, you do'nt feel too bad but stay quieter just a little. then the third one hits and you feel like you have nothing to lose. the fourth and after are just your punishments you do to your body because you are young and stupid.. There's no turning back, quitting is not in your logic.. it's all dark and depress every where you look. a simple... "hey, where are you going with taht" will get you raged... that's why i love playing dota;(
It's just damn random thing. You can't do anything, just play as hard as you can.
I've got 70% winrate playing on 30-60 fps 15" notebook last week.
Then I bought a brand new PC with large 75+ fps FullHD screen and no stutter in teamfights and.. since that time I have stats kinda 3-10.
I play at the same level clearly. It couldn't change drastically in one day for sure. Just damn random.
Just keep playing until you drop from 4.4k mmr to 3.5k mmr and every 3. game you are in lp, because destroying items and feeding on purpose seems to be "not ok", while going mid with orcale and feeding the entire game is.

i know this is mostly a mentality thing, but rn im just on a lose streak (nothing massive tho i dropped 75 mmr alr) and im starting to play rly badly and getting into more losses and i just dont know what the fuck to do anymore
like what can i do to stop myself from tilting so hard? should i probably just stop playing dota for a few days and come back when i feel like it or something
