Recently, i read a thread that your starting MMR are base on your k/d/a ration and gpm and xpm. This is my first account, and im just trying hero recently. any advice to get 3 to 4k starting MMR ? i can do ranked match now but i dont want to because im still on normal bracket, 1 high skill

analyze the game and build items properly (very useful on juggernaut,a hero you seem to like)
analyze picks,pick the best hero for the situation (last picking will do the job,let the retards pick first)
be adaptive
get good (mechanical skills like farming,creep aggro,and also by gamesense)
I can only give tips since I am also a noob like you,good luck
