I'm not really a Meepo expert but you should watch Meepo gameplays from Excalibur or maybe even W33 or NoTail (from the top of my mind).
Especially Excalibur when Fnatic had to replace Era with Excalibur. That patch, his Meepo was dancing around everybody. Simply unstoppable.
I'm sure you can learn a thing or two from those replays.

Best way to play Meepo?
* use main Meepo, bind, poof all meepos,fight & send them back.
* March of 4/5 Meepo everytime.
*Meepos at diff camps to stack neutrals?
*Single Meepo only strategy.
* Distribute meepos at diff camps to farm neutrals at a single time.
*Distribute meepos to blind spots in jungles to chase enemy heroes and find pickoffs.
*push diff lanes with all Meepo.
*push all lanes at a single time, meepos every lane?
