I think, more and more we are getting changes that affect ballance, 6.84 and the older ones the balance was a question of strategy, now its more of hero+items.
League is trying to get the perfect balance and they fail hard because their balance team is fucking Silver (1k-2k)
After this patch, exclude 1-2 Heros, we are balenced, the game will seem unbalanced when your playing against a counter but hey life sucks.

The game will never be perfectly balanced, and that's ok. I actually think this is a really good patch. Not too much cancer so far, but the patch is still fresh. Watch the professional games and what they pick, eventually we'll see our new op hero of 6.87.
If dota is perfectly balanced, it might just be a worse league of lesbians, I mean league right now is just dota taking away the fun part.

Yes, its true, patches create the element of novelty and variety that keeps us from getting bored of this game, but hey, icefrogs primary concern has always been either balance or giving underused heroes a chance to the spotlight

I mean has dota ever had a patch where we had no cancerous (extremely overpowered) heroes? e.g. 6.86 OD, 6.86 pre-nerf voker, spectre; 6.83 hoho-haha etc.
