It depends on ur skill bracket i guess. I still play random draft cause i find it more enjoyable and the players more actually skilled with the heroes they pick and most oftenly less afk useless jungle farming cores and solo support. Takes probably 2 mins avg to find a game but worth the wait.
honestly, there's not a big difference. Even if everyone chooses to ban a maximum of 5 heroes will get banned.
@Carry or Mid: I am playing on the same server as you do. Always looking for All Pick and Random Draft games, average queue time is 2 minutes. From 10 games played this patch 6 of them were Random Draft.
So Probably in you MMR bracket less ppl play Random Draft as in ~3.8k it seems like matches are distributed 50:50 across all pick and RD
Random draft ranked is almost identical to all pick. You maybe get like one or two heroes missing that would be picked in a normal match cus half the pool is there. All my RD matches during that one week still had invokers, OD's, zeus every game.

Last night I tried RD like every time,it took 10 mins and no match found.
Then I switched to AP & bang ! 30 sec and a game found.
It sounds like since they made ban included AP mode,less ppl (or on one) feels like playing RD anymore.
