is's just you too excited about fucking insta-refreshed cooldown on clone and rapier(s) thing :))
was clearly a broken exploit and made for rubbish games. personally i think he is a much more balanced and interesting hero now that you are forced to actually use your brain.
They did Not know how to Balance him so He got removed from the game until they have any ideas for rework him.

he now does get divine rapier dmaage on clones, doesnt get true sight on clones with gem, the midas and necromonicon is reworked so that they are live cd on use instead of the regular where they were both taken off cd when arc was spawned. arc warden is litterallly useless now.
