Because if you own some SA/Russian scrubs and have 97% win rate over 200 games with 23 KDA doesn't make you 2nd best player on a hero. You may be extremely good on that hero, but playing versus newbies doesn't display that.
Vrok is an abuser for those stats. But no doubt he's very good. I got matched versus him in -cm game long time ago when I was barely 4k. He wrecked me mid, but I won the game. While we were winning I was bming him by saying "ez mid" over and over again and he was soooo fucking mad. Anyway, if you are above 5k and searching -cm only that is an abuse as well, because no way you will find a balanced game. That's why I stopped playing captain's mode, it's fucking unfair.

honestly though, that NP has a pretty good build all around. tons of tower damage tons of last hits and high gpm and xpm so why are you so worked up... its not like he is a noob.
You better learn to play dota instead of giving stupid bans. NMM has it's own inner mmr, so what's the problem playing it? Or you just have a complex not being in ladder? And about abusing... Badman abusing spectre is ok, but abusing low winrate heroes like brood, np is a reason to ban. Best judgement in da world. Just admit this hero hanking system is as stupid as it could be. It's your fault, not the players'. If you don't like NMM just remove that. It's a lot more challenging ti play against those "abusers" than to play against 6k bought accs.
