no, its not a thing. ur previous performance is not considered, MM is only based on ur rating.
basically just look at any of the boosters' profiles, b4 and after the acc was sold/returned back to its owner.
It's normal. You might get a lucky winstreak, then you return back to ur previous mmr because you don't belong where you ended after winstreak.
Another thing is unlucky lose streaks, which happens from tiime to time. Sometiimes you are just unlucky and lose games over and over you don't nec. deserve to lose.
If you deserve your mmr you will win those loss back in no time.
Forced winrate is not a thing, The only thing that causes you to be stuck at a specific level is how well you play. You could go on a 10 win streak and then a 12 loss streak literally because you're tilted or you're playing worse or simply you got carried by better players for a bit and now youre going back down to your correct skill level. winstreaks would constantly be happening if you continued to get better. Happens to all of us.
Probably you tilted after winning a few matches.
That's when you should probably take a break from dota and return later on.
