Normally one might be named "phantomriki" the other one named "PHANTOM_riki"
But if both of them are named "PHANToM_riKi" with the exact same spelling and capitaliation that's 99% impersonation. 100% if they have the same profile pic.

@Captain there's a difference between imitating someone and being civil while using that name and admitting that you're just a fan if asked, as opposed to imitating someone and then scamming people by pretending to be them.
The first is OK imo, I wouldn't do it but I wouldn't mind.

Well, if you put the name Secret.RTZ with his picture and say "charging money for coaching" and scamming people you're a scumbag and I will report you.
If you use his name and say racist shit using his name you're also being a scumbag.

I understand if you have the same name as someone else, it's a big world. I'm not asking to limit people's name choices to a 1 per name. I actually like Steam's current setting that allows people to change name whenever to whatever. I just expect people to use their judgment and not do the wrong thing here.
But if you have the same name AND picture AND punctuation as someone else, and scam people using the name by pretending to be them (for example saying you're dendi and charging for lessions, or just using their name and saying racist shit) it's impersonation and scamming. Pls don't do that or you will be reported.
