what's more likely to happen than any of those:

jokes aside as omni will get nerfed and drums as well most likely i dont think od needs to get nerfed all that much. int gain or mana to damage reduced on q and having his W scale with levels and start very weak so a value point isnt possible and we're good

- Arcane Orb Intelligence Steal from 2/3/4/5 to 1/2/3/4
- Agility gain decreased from 2 to 1.8
- Strength gain decreased from 2.3 to 2.2
Just nerf his starting armor. Have you ever looked at it? It's nuts, 5.36 and 541 hp. for comparison sven is 4.94 and 617 hp. That's a big reason he wins so many mid matchups. Most int heroes have starting armor around 1.
What I'm thinking:
Reduce the intel steal from 2/3/4/5 to 1/2/3/4
Reduce Base Agility from 20 to 14
Reduce Agility growth from 2.00 to 1.50
Increase cooldown of Imprisonment from 22/18/14/10 to 30/26/22/18
Decrease Movement speed from 315 to 300
Decrease the chances of Essence Aura from 40% to 10/20/30/40%
Sanity's Eclipse gives back stolen intel to all heroes unless you have aghanim's scepter
They also have to rework the scepter upgrade...

Decrease Armor from 5.45 to -0.2 (I'M SERIOUS THAT OBSIDIAN, wait obsidian are meant to be hard...)
Increase Armor from -0.2 to 3.1
Change the mana cost of Arcane Orb:
Instead of 100 mana, now costs 25% of his mana pool and an addition 10 mana for each intelligence stolen
FOR THAT BULLSHIT DAMAGE HE IS SO TANKY MAN . MAKE HIM GLASS CANNON OR SOMETHING.
SKILL 1 0 COOLDOWN BUT MORE DAMAGE THAN SKYWRATH MAGE NUKE AT 2 SC CD? HOW IS THAT BALANCE
That would completely destroy him RF.
And you can't just reduce the int steal 1/2/3/4, that's a 50% nerf at level one. It'd have to be like 2/2/3/4 to not kill the hero.
oh and nerf move speed or make him less armor and str gain . either make him have same problem with huskar or ursa . have bullshit DPS instant but can actually be kiteable (nerf astral and move speed) or too weak if u reckless go in right clicking people
How about increasing manacost of Arcane Orb from 100 to 100/110/120/130? This would make maxing arcane orb first with few points in Essence aura more difficult to sustain.
Also maybe reduce starting agility/armour
mid game still same if only nerf mana cost mate.
What make him bullshit is : ridicilous damage like clinkz , ursa , huskar with unique attack skill. BUT DO NOT HAVE WEAKNESS OR WHATSOEVER IN RIGHT CLICKING IT WITHOUT ITEMS STILL A PAIN IN THE ASS
clinkz : too squishy , low move speed for chase if not invis
ursa : kiteable , meele , need dagger , bkb
Huskar : low attack range , ulti only slow , low armour , kiteable if not lifebreaking , need armour raw hp items before taking front damage
OD : ranged , decent move speed , hard to kite (astral 4 second) , very tanky for int hero , ONLY NEED POWER TREADS TO KILL SOLO HEROES IN 4 - 5 Hit
Astral is too good. 4 second disable/save on a 10 second cooldown that can be used like phase shift to blink out of any situation? Yeah. I'm sure if you just change his W to have 2.5 seconds duration, and his Q to scale with 1 less int, it's fine.

* Astral doesn't scale with duration, but instead has a maximum time of 2.5 seconds
