First for ur skill build u should almost always max your E at lvl 7
Then for ur item builds, u should really look at the enemy team before deciding your itemization:
Like this game for example you should have considered going for a BKB over bloodstone/orchid maybe, because of the enemy team having AM and Silencer ( 2 of the hardest counters to Storm ), I didnt see the replay, so i cant comment on your gameplay, so basically just be efficient with your tread switching, farming and i guess landing good ults, and maybe one day you may also get out of the trench by spamming Storm, just like i did :P

if you can't win, you don't deserve to go up. That's pretty much how it works. Nitpicking by sending replays where you played particularly good won't mean anything because that's how you're supposed to play every game if your mmr is supposed to be way above your supposed level
