geographically not, only like 5-6% of the country is in the balkan peninsula because the danube flows through the country, but culturally we are a bit because our culture has balkan elements since we are part of the ottoman empire successors

Balkans are usually pretty trash when i get them in my team, i agree (even Slovenians who are one of the worst in every mmr bracket XD), but Turks, Italians and UK's are the worst EU hands down.
