i don't think win more can getting higher skill bracket. Its still depent on KDA and how you use your skill
dotabuff skill brackets are related to the average skill of the players in the game. this equates to a higher hidden mmr. to increase that you just need to consistently win.

what are the facts matter? gpm xpm winrate and KDA?which of these?
