Its the place you get in if you get 1 star from your teammates in basically every match plus additional reports on top of that. You got to be really cancerous for that, which i was back in the days so i know how it feels playing with total retards with same rating as mine. Guys, just be friendly, dont flame hard, try to be constructive and you will never see this shit.

I never spam heroes, but this week, ive been REALLY INTO Night Stalker, so i've been playing him a ton, if you look at my KD's, I literallly have positive stats every match, and usually start off 5-0 with him, gank everyones lane, just to have everything go to shit by 10 mins. I'm currently 3.2, Will I ever see 3.7 again? Very high skill? Who knows. But my first step is to STOP FLAMING, i've actually gotten reported for communication abuse again the moment I got off a 1 WEEK BAN from chatting, ever since that one week ban, teams went to shit. I dunno, I got to VHS very easily, but now it seems harder...
I'd say communication abuse is THE WORST, I haven't been to low pro in about 10 months, but been chat banned tons of times.
hidden pool =/= shadow pool
hidden pool: place where players who are constantly reported / evaluated with 1 star are thrown. theres no proof it exists but many people claim it does
shadow pool: place where MM abusers / sandboxers are thrown. it's proved it exists. used to be filled with bots farming items but since drops are no longer tradeable i wonder how it is now.
I like fletcher's wording from 2014, and fortunately, I hardly ever meet those people he talks about.
"We are making some improvements to matchmaking to put players with similar play styles together. For example, players who repeatedly abandon games before they begin, or intentionally throw the match. We want to make sure these sorts of players can more easily find each other, to increase everybody's enjoyment of the game."
