I'd rather have quiet teammates that don't flame or encourage as opposed to teammates that won't quit flaming

Us west actually kinda sucks it's a lot of South Americans though I haven't played there in a while because my ping is double that of us east so maybe it's better now. Us east has a ton of South Americans too but they'll all be on one opposing team. It's always American team vs Peru or Brazil team it's weird. But my fellow Americans are usually quite friendly and no massive flaming

That's funny, when I play US east (most of the time) I 99% of the teams I get are mute. Mute as in, they choose not to speak or type anything.
Depends. If I have a team-mate talking non-stop when half of what he says is bullshit I'm forced into mutes. Good example is the guidemaker "Munqst" for any EU players that has to deal with hi mfrom time to time EWWwh.. that ugy.

Ive played a couple times in USW and really liked how players use mic most the time and type in chat. Doto comms is really impt. Too bad the high pings makes me go back to quiet SEA.
Any thoughts bout US servers? Havent tried EU but i like how dem playas uses mic most of the time :]
