I played like absolute shit on my smurf, trying to achieve a very low MMR with Zeus buying maelstorm MKB feeding and shit, still hit 3k (which disappointed me).
Guess you just need to grind it instead of smurfing. It is only what you perceive in your mind, not necessarily the reality. I hope this Wikipedia page will enlighten you.
Imo instead of making a smurf account you could try to reach 3k mmr with this account. you have 1.3 mmr, to reach 3k u need 1.7k mmr. This means 70 wins without a loss. Since you have 60% win rate, it would mean that you would have to play around 120 games with the same winrate and you will reach 3k.
120*0.6*25 - 120*0.4*25, not that hard
if he maintains 60% winrate he needs around 350 games
but then again 60% winrate at sub 2k mmr means he won't get to 3k anyway
No reason to make a new account. You've played 250 games in the span of 8 weeks. If you keep playing constantly like you do now you'll easily be 3k pretty soon
Just spam Meepo, storm and AM and you will get to 2.5-3k pretty fast, i'm sure of that.
Btw - you seriously need to improve your farm dude, you need around 50CS per 10 min on average. Combining that with your actual play if you get to higher mmr, you will not drop for sure.
pretty sure even the worst 3k player could maintain 80-90% winrate at 1k if valve stopped their MMR from rising

if ur main aim is mmr, you probably will get to a hier rating a little bit faster, but its still not worth it imo.

Nah you are not a 3k. I have a friend who is 1.5k and when i play with him i only dropped a game with him and anyway i was playing OD which i never played, still managed to have a good KDA 20/9.
So a 65% you sound more like a 2k honestly.
+ what mushi said, even if you make a smurf you will probably get around + 500 mmr max cuz Valve i think can flag you and find your main acc mmr so it puts you on the same mmr.
i tried to make an acc and chosed i play dota before and i got paired with 3k people which is actually my mmr on main soo weird
You haven't played enough games so there's a chance that your win rate hasn't properly adjusted yet. If you got this good of a win rate at 1K, how do you think you will fare in 3K Matches where most people know what they're doing?

Yo OP. This is my old account. I left this account when it had 1300 MMR. I just made a smurf just to prove to myself that I'm not shit in this game, not really to main it as my account for the rest of my life. Luckily I got a rating of 3102 :D that was a year ago. But I came back to this account because I knew that I can rise from that shit of a rating. I just smurfed to give myself some confidence, that anything below 3102 was ok for me.
It's really inevitable to come across stupid people man! I mean, I main SEA server and most 2k people here are shit. One way I got this account from 1.3 to 2.1 (I dont play much sorry) is by being positive. Try to keep your teammates from starting a flame war. If theres this one annoying kid who just spews out unreasonable negative stuff, use the mute button. And strive to git gud too, ya know. If you are 1.3K and still plays the same after 200 games of smurfing, chances are you will still be in the bracket.
My advice: Just smurf to prove you aiint dumpster shit. Do your best in your ranked matches. Devise a pool of heroes that you will play exclusively in ranked. That doesnt include 'random'. And always play with a clear mind.

I think I understand this game more than the average 1k mmr player. This may sound cliche but the players I play against and with are really bad and I feel like I could compete with 3k mmr players. Please leave me some suggestions, I really like this community from reading other threads and try to keep the comments constructive
