Hailrake's Wraith King is very very good, but I don't think Hailrake is a very good player.

He's definetly someone you wanna watch if you wanna be good at Wraith King though.

I usually get phase. The way it works is 2 sec stun > 2 sec slow > almost 4 seconds of phase > stun off cd, rinse and repeat. It makes it much easier to actually hit people in a fight rather than depending solely on the chip damage from raid/bum/mjollnir.

I don't get it, why wouldn't he get any stats against manaburns? The first build has a lot of stats, 19 INT alone from Blademail and Drums and should be enough even against EMP.

I thought soulring was the solution to being against mana burns? Namely to ensure your ult goes off...

if you have a wand/stick you can't die without mana unless stunlocked 24/7

You technically still can. As the wand gives you more hp so that you can be burned more while the soulring all but forces you to die on the spot.

Armlet builds fail most of the time, cause you don't want to stay alive longer than you need to unless your only toggling after the first death drop which is an inefficient use of 2600 gold.

the difference is that where wand is an amazing item that also solves your manaburn problem, soul ring is a completely shit item that slightly more reliably solves your manaburn problem
