Ok, I read everything.

Honestly, some of the interactions sound so hilarious I think I'll begin to randomly buy more Lotus Orbs to see them in game.

I wonder how many games I bought it not realizing what abilities weren't going to reflect off it anyways.

Seems pretty simple. Target spell is reflected

Aside from the one or two random things where it does nothing

It seems rather obvious to me targeted spells are reflected instantly unless they are projectiles in which case they are reflected when they hit the lotus orbed hero

I'm which case they have to travel to the original caster as they are projectiles

•Spell Steal (update 2) now isn't reflected by Lotus Orb. :(
