I have those along with Chili peppers and yellow/sweet red peppers that normal people eat in the fridge xD
chop the jalapenos up small like onions and fry them (normal pan with olive oil) mixed with onions or garlic or some shit and then add them to whatever you are cooking and BAM it's godlike.

Eh fresh jalapeños way better than canned jalapeños I only eat cannedif I am forced to when at a restraunt or something . Dryed cayenne peppers are cheaper to get in bulk are hotter and don't have to worry about the vinegar ruining the flavor of the pepper . I usually grow my own jalapeños cayenne and habenaros , they are a lot hotter than the stores, I think it's Cuz I fertilize the shit outa them . Anyways like I said the fresh ones are so much hotter/ tastier

I came across this lovely thing called Jalapeno (been afraid to eat it exclusively until recently), and now I'm sitting here with a jar eating jalapeno every day. A jar of regular size jalapenos from a jar. It's burning, but it's goddamn good..
