on dire side, you can eat a tree from the large camp and pull it at :22 and :52
if you pull it at :52 it will stack
abuse this for ez exp and/or stacks
if the enemy mid/roamer is snowballing, put a ward far in your lane so you can see behind the enemy tower. This way, if someone TPs to gank, ur piece of shit carry will see it
Always carry a tp, bring sentry wards also (Smoke of Deceit is good also). If you see that your carry can handle his/her lane, you can stack the neutral creeps in your jungle.
-Practice rune control, if you are dire and your are babysitting at top lane, get the top rune, and tell your mid lane to get the bot rune, if you are radiant, do the vice versa. In this way, you can choke your enemy mid lane by not giving him/her a free bottle refill. (Runes spawn at every 2 mins.)
-IF you are a ranged support and their offlaner is a melee hero, out-zone him/her by attacking their hero continuously (To prevent any gold/exp. Also be careful from the aggro of their creeps.)
-Supports usually have high damage bursts from their skills , so prioritize these and go gank, push lanes, and make space for your carry.
-Early game -> Supports -Mid/Late game -> Carries
One useful tip is not to tp into lane after respawn but rather run to it (if u have boots ofc) since often at times you will need to have your tp off cd to react and save a teammate.
Second tip would be to remember that you are the CARRY of early game, its your job to get your team an advantage within first 10-15 min in the game be it by stacking/ganking/ killing enemy currier
tp always carry one.
supports usually are really strong early game, i.e nuke heavy. so just utilize it specially lion.
one thing i observe is that when you ks a solo kill they get mad (ofcouse obv) but in a team clash just do it they dont seem to bother, make sure to get the one with the highest net worth for moneyz :>
and lastly, no theres no gold in support.
Zone the offlane. It's important that you do this. Block your creep wave early game since most carries don't do so (in the 3k range) so that you can give yourself more advantage in zoning your offlane.

Hi everyone,
I am a big fan of the support role and I would love for a experienced support to give me some tips on how to make sure the lane is safe for the carry. Any specific ward placements, Carry/support combos. Any advice is greatly appreciated!
Thank you : )
