Work on last hitting, learn to play heroes which you can carry easily (TA,QoP,Ember...). Also try to have good map awereness.

you feed in all your games dude, how can you die 20 times as storm?
first tip: die less, don't go for those 1 kill 1 death things unless you know 100% you kill the enemy and he is like 2 times more farmed than you.
alwyas look at the big picture, don't tunnel vision in fights, that gets you killed and try a more farming oriented game style

I recently droped 500mmr , had lots of leavers courier feeders and pc problem , sometimes underperforming
