The CD is much too long to justify using it. If for whatever reason you want it for the additional lockdown then get an abyssal lol

abyssal doesnt give you another 5 second disable, nor does it give you 18 damage

obviously the item is an extension, but if you are already killing people in duel there's no point stacking more +damage

abyssal doesn't have a 3 minute down time

refresher means you're fat enough you can win duels despite going for this item which gives 0 dmg

which also means you could've ended the game by getting more useful shit that would've allowed you to push

in other words theres almost never a scenario where you want to get a refresher unless as a 6th slot item to refresh bkb/abyssal and not for +18 dmg
