An average skilled teamate that works well with team for your mmr is better than an average person at your mmr so essentially you have an above average teamate . The high skilled flamer depends on how high skilled he is to overcome the cancer he is causing. You have good chance of wining with both but I think you'll enjoy your game more with the non flamer .
