Thanks Havoc! Wow, you guys did well there with that strat. The reason I ask here about irrelevant things, is because im with a new team in South Africa, though I'm not as good as the others, I try to learn to keep relevant, and I feel I am getting better. I don't get very good stats mostly as I play support, and I feel that role is quite intense to do it right.
I appreciate the advice! I've been doing the aba build I asked about earlier on this forum, and its helped me play that hero much better. Next I want to work on my KoTL! I love the way AUI2000 plays him, though I don't think that's easy for me to keep up!
^imo the Support role is the hardest to Play competetively.
You've to be top notch mechanically since you have to lasthit with ~60 damage all game. You've to sacrifice a lot of farm. You have to be very Aware of your surrounding as a misstep will result in your death (whereas a carry could fight him self out or just tp out while tanking the damage).
And tons of more stuff to so I don't even know about. Keep watching the pros though Kuroky, aui, ppd are all absolutely great Players, but try to learn from their behavior and not from their mechanical skills.
Supporting in South Africa sucks tbh, all my games feel like I am stuck supporting such retarded players and if you try to help them improve their game you get flamed so hard!

if you send me kotl+ shit mid i will just keep a support there, soaking xp or send the offlaner! Why even bother contesting when you're down 2 key heroes both protecting your carry and your tier 1 offlane where i cna just take it and get safe farm, leave my core alone and then deal with kotl+shit
@kittiminati the whole point of a new account wasn't to start over I am using it to improve on heroes that I am unfamiliar or not so adjusted too. I have been wanting to delve into heroes like KOTL/WISP for some time now and will probably return back to my main after I calibrate.
@FoG its not even about the strategy, most of these global or cheesy strats end up in horror cause your putting all your eggs into one basket. I play around the Lesh because I know him and he's good my playstyle would vary if I was alone (e.g. more cautious of recalling, farming more than helping etc.) you have to be a good player and work on KOTL as a hero not KOTL relying on a carry to win while you occasionally give him mana. KOTL is so much more than that.
He's the worst fuckin ebola i've seen. Ok, i admit, mine is worse, but i dont play that hero at all.
Support ES is sometimes hard to go late with but I don't care, the point of that account is to improve and practice heroes that need work, not to play my best heroes, 5 man stacking as much as I can to get a high winrate. I simply do not care.
Earth Spirit is still extremely strong early and mid game but falls off late, I usually try and force some action but sadly it doesn't always happen. I have improved the stun, drag into roll which is the aim of the game. Switched from quick cast to normal and despite losing the games I still feel that I can ground him pretty well....just gotta figure out the late game.
Legion offlane has been working extremely well and that's a hero I can scale decently into late with as well as KOTL which is surprising for such a weak hero. The additional 500 heal on wave, blinding light, and map control is what gives KOTL his edge over ES who relies more on a coordinated team when going in as an initiator.
I wouldn't recommend people trying to learn this hero as even with efficiency if you are forced into late game you end up practically playing around the team anyways cause you can get killed by most BKB carriers quite quickly and if you get locked out/silenced mid combo it usually ends up badly.
Still, you live and you learn.

if you're in x bracket and make a new account, you'll be put in the same bracket in your first match on the new account
its to prevent new players from quitting because they get stomped
idk if it has changed but when I made my last smurf it definetly wasnt the same bracket, it looked more like 3k

Sorry Benao shot you down, this is not entirely unheard of and you have the right idea just it might need some tweaking. Me and a friend do this quite a lot and it has proven quite successful. http://www.dotabuff.com/players/279769352 check out some of the KOTL games.
I think dual laning mid won't work as well as going offlane/safe stacking jungle etc. Lesh needs the levels and you have to play it off the stronger hero. When I queue I play 100% around the lesh till I get my scepter then I play more with the team. Recalling people for 5 man, one goes back to push out a lane and I recall them again. So total map control is more what you want to go for over simply being a mana pony for death pony mid.
Again, on the right track...just need some tweaking. You're welcome to add me and we can talk this out if you would like and if you want to play lesh I can do a game or two with you as lesh.
