EE is what makes C9. Without him this team wouldn't even exist. He took a no name team Kaipi and made it one of the best teams in the world and you can't argue against this even if you hate the guy. Also CIS teams if they don't fuck up are good contenders for top 6, along with iG, LGD and C9.
