Yea it seems they want to keep putting new sets for the top 20 heroes or so. They need to add new cosmetics to underplayed heroes are some that have horrible ones worst than their default one like huskar, tiny, etc. Holy shit those cosmetics are ugly.
lion set is so disgusting and the only one that looks nice is abbadon but he got many new sets recently
people want sets for heroes they play.
people wont always pay for nice sets for heroes they dont use.
Lastly, it is the community that makes the sets. If you want an amazing veno set or tidehunter set... go make one
Well my favorite set is, compendium rider one with the mace of the choosen. But you guys are right, i feel like only the same heroes gets love from valve. I am sick of seeing slark, wk, timber sets and ugly ass couriers inside the chests. We need better quality sets. That dk one though, that is awesome.
Edit: I mean my fav aba set not the chest :P
Besides having no set at all, a good indicator for heroes that need sets are those that have them but don't have corresponding loading screens.

My Girl. I like to mix sets up. But thats the one I'll use forevers now, and change her hairstyle every now and then ;D
Yeah set creativity is not beyond the whole "lore" of the heroes now. I think Valve used to want people to make it close the lore as possible but we all know how that turned out.

The problem with the released set isnt the creators, its valve only authorising the ones they pick. There are plenty of amazing sets in the shop yet they pick the boring ones.

and to make me even less enthusiastic a slark one and a DK one as if the DK one can come close to passing that compendium one..
