Cm is the best looking one imo and Lina is the worst. Lc is pretty cool if you combine it with a mix of errant soldier and onyx crucible sets.
SF looks cool, PA, meh everyone got it, Legion is okay, I like TB but no one plays it, CM is nice, or if you would buy it for the lulz, get techies
I'd buy a tiny arcana , maybe a slark one . If I played support more I'd get cm love me some support cm.
CM's has the most goodies since puppy pet. But you should know yourself what arcana you want, as it's just a cosmetic item for your own pleasure. Most of your teammates or enemies probably won't even care, except maybe flame you for doing bad if you have arcana. If you spend so much money on a hero people will expect you to not suck or do above average with them.
I have them all apart from sf (don't play the hero)
I'd say the best looking one is either LC or TB, I'd buy the LC one if you had to choose between them as obv you would use it more.
Lina is the worst looking one imo
Techies and LC have nice counters on them that track won duels and suicide kills respectively.
imo sf and lc will be the best ones not only for ur pleasure but also in terms of economy bcoz they have the most stable prices. i do think tb is a nc one too. as for me lc is the best arcana ever:)

Terrorblde and PA - pretty good
CM - decent looking but who plays support
Lina - underrated cause people cant fap to bald girls
Naga - never going to get
