bloodthorn isnt the "greatest/most iconic" intelligence item, that goes to hex. Attack speed is valuable to int carries but most int heroes r supports or offlane cores like darkseer and enchantress. Maybe they shud make spell amp exclusive to int heroes and buff how much amp u get but thats it imho
